With over 25 years of experience in building and managing technology companies, Maxim has led ventures across telecommunications, embedded systems, CRM platforms, user interfaces, and software applications. His career journey began at Israel's largest mobile operator, where he gained foundational expertise in large-scale technology operations.
He then established and managed technology companies in Ukraine, including software development outsourcing and an outsourced contact center. In 2010, Maxim founded a specialized IT recruitment agency to bridge Western market demands with Eastern European technical expertise.
His current philosophy focuses on blending strategic insight, operational excellence, and cultural alignment to help businesses hire smarter, scale faster, and thrive globally.
With a solid academic background in economics and extensive financial experience, she leads the company’s financial governance and strategic development.
